The original aim of this study was to find out the impact issue qualiti, ease use and company image on customer believes their influence decision BCA mobile phones. population means users who are still active as Faculty students Economics Business, University Stikubank Semarang using a amount sample 112 respondent. Information collected by developing questionnaire. analysis technique used in is linear regression analysis. Research results show that’s quality information has positive trust, an effet trus’t, corporate effect’s trust andd efect ono usage preferences.
